To say I’m proud is an understatement. This team is resilient and show so much maturity on the court. Thanks to the students, fans, and community for showing up for these girls last night. We see, hear, and appreciate you more than you know. See you in Lincoln!

Due to the Gothenburg High School Girls Basketball team qualifying for the NSAA State Basketball Championships in Lincoln, there will be NO SCHOOL for students on Monday, March 7, 2022. Go Swedes!

What. A. Year. The love and respect that I have for all of these girls and coaches is unexplainable. They believed they could do big things and they did. I truly believe they left everything they had on the court up to the very last second. So much to be proud of. We’ll be back.

The most influential man in my life went to heaven this week. He was always my number one fan in everything I did through high school and as a coach. As a single dad to my brothers and I, he sacrificed so much and I appreciate him more than he’ll ever know. Rest easy Dad ❤️.

I am very excited and grateful to announce that I will be furthering my academic and basketball career at Concordia University. I would also like to thank my parents, family, coaches, and all my teammates for helping me getting to where I am and supporting me. Go Bulldogs!💙🐶

Finding the right words for this season has been tough… these girls put in the time, effort, passion and grit to come together to end 20-5 on the year. The love I have for these girls is beyond anything I can explain. We’re going miss our senior group, thanks for everything ❤️🏀

Today our Swede Foundations Family celebrated our 6 seniors with nachos, brownies and soda! I will miss this group but I’m excited to watch them take on the world and grow as individuals outside of this building! Gothenburg Public Schools
