I made a list of suggestions on how to minimize microplastics & nanoplastics (MNPs) for health. docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d… Open to anyone for commenting to help crowdsource improve it. The focus is personal health not environment (which would be a bigger list). Hope it helps.
