It is with a heavy heart that we share that Burton founder Jake Burton Carpenter passed away peacefully last night surrounded by loved ones as a result of complications from recurring cancer. He was the soul of snowboarding, the one who gave us the sport we love. #RideonJake

Tending towards more Burgundy/Pinot Noir as they’re more flexible. There’s a danger that the bigger Bordeaux blends could overpower whatever food the children trap or scavenge. Not really sure what goes with squirrel or fox. Will report back.

A dog who was lost in the snowy Wicklow Mountains for two weeks has been reunited with her owners after a heartwarming rescue. Amid poor weather conditions, Naoise the dog was wrapped up in clothes, given some food and carried down the mountain | bit.ly/2N2TnPI
