Re: SSNs and fraud. "Domingo Rodriguez" has been using my SSN since 2002, and I can't stop him. I found out when I went to get a safe deposit box at BofA where I was an employee! None of the credit reporting agencies can detect this kind of fraud. Banks don't prevent it.
