1/ On Monday I visited Canada Revenue Agency’s Winnipeg Tax Centre on behalf of Minister Diane Lebouthillier. The CRA’s employees, and the emergency programs they’ve helped to administer, have played a crucial role for Canadians during the pandemic. A true example of public service.

2/ In 2021, 13.1 million tax returns were filed here. Special thanks to Director Rob Latour and CRA manager Roger Prairie for welcoming me and showing me the operations up close. It was also great to meet many employees and learn more about the work they do.
