Day off today so means only one thing 11 miles in the bag for the Manchester Marathon training . Running in the sunshine so much easier than the wind and rain.

Marathon nerve’s set in on that run. Was warm and just felt like a struggle but it’s just nerves now Manchester Marathon is only in 11 days time

Final few days now before Manchester Marathon keep telling myself feeling nervous is the same feeling as being excited 😬. I’ve trained , I’ve eaten the right foods and staying hydrated. Need to push the doubts aside
