Correction order placed 30/06/22. Shows as Delivered 5/07/22. Last supposed delivery attemp@by evridelivery was 21/07/22. So confusing. And im running out of time to return. Appreciate its not your fault.
Activewear Group Hi I returned an order 14/09/22 and am waiting on a refund. I’ve emailed customer services on 2 separate occasions with order no and proof of delivery but no reply as yet? Can you advise what to do next to receive my refund ? Thank you
British Airways I am sending this tweet as I have had no joy contacting you any other way. I am waiting to hear back over a complaint which I raised over 30 days ago for a refund to a delay flight back in September. So far terrible customer service, not even a email apologising
British Airways reimbursement, claim & compensation cases ref no 23457006 & 23457074 dated 17 Jul 2022. No update even after 4 months despite being assured immediate settlement at LHR. Can’t reach BA in this matter in phone; no acknowledgment on webform; no status update??
British Airways eventually had a reply Dec 22 where you refuse my claim, blaming LHR disruption on day of flight. You will be aware that you advised of canx flight 4 days b4 departure while we were still in the US, & offered us a much later flight. Can you pls revisit claim
British Airways is “resource constraints” at airport a valid reason to refuse flight compensation? What does this mean exactly, if there was no strike action that day ? BA1402 19/07/22
