The guys started the day today by being uncomfortable. We used the short Axe with 3/4 swings to work on letting the ball come to us and attacking the ball with direction to the middle of the field. They caught on quick and finished the day with really good swings. #PROCESS

Everyday during on field BP we work something specific with our position players. Today the IFs were working 1 hand ground balls and OFs were getting reads with runners at 2nd and 3rd base. Here’s a look at what that looks like. #PROCESS
