Wow... I commend the line of cross examination used by Advocate Charles Mnisi in Senzo's murder trial. Using statements made by other witnesses to weaken the credibility of Mthokozisi Thwala's evidence, that is damn brilliant for me.

Actually beaming a case on screen which has more than one compellable witnesses who must adduce evidence before court on a crime scene, weakens the probativeness of such evidence as the likelihood of rehearsals of same cannot be intercepted.
