Can anyone help me to deal with South Ex Croma .?They had supplied a faulty Bosch washer/ dryer. After 15 days of dispute now they claim the machine is ok . Croma doesn’t even respond to my request

This message is for the Bosch washer/ dryer bosses. I bought a machine from Croma South Extension on January 11 and the device has been giving me trouble since then. the Bosch engineers have come but cannot rectify that one cycle. I hope the Bosch bosses will help.
