Whisk the oil, the eggs and the brown sugar together until silky soft -there should be no lumps. Now we have three sections that we need to bring together - the wet, the dry and the carrots The carrots should be grated using the small holes of the grater so that they mix in well

Pour the wet into the dry, mix until just combined and then add in the freshly grated carrots and mix them in. By the time you are doing this, your oven should be preheating as we have reached the end of the prep youtu.be/HwDRSmV2BxU

Pour into your baking tin and allow to bake in your already preheated oven at 180c for 20 minutes 🩷youtu.be/HwDRSmV2BxU
