It sucks being mentally ill and self sabotaging myself as a form of self harm. Stupid brain of mine goes into fight or flight mode as soon as good things are happening and I’m so tired of it.

I think I have truly lost the true meaning of who I am. I don’t want to be the bad version of who I was but I I want to be new and improved and I’m trying but I just feel…numb? Like I’m lost in purgatory trying to claw my way into the new and improved me but I’m just stuck.
