Why when you speak with passion people always say you are shouting. I need to speak up for those of us who speak passionately. I say this emphatically, we are not shouting.

While I understand the bank protecting itself against money laundering. Where do you draw the line of too much information. The problem is that the commerical banks do not use the information to better serve their customers. The information is ensure they are in the clear.
