I watched Joker for the first time this weekend and noticed in his notebook he wrote “The worst part about mental illness is people expect you to behave as if you don’t.” On #MentalHealthMonday, I want to remind everyone that it’s OK to have a mental illness (cont.).

You should NEVER feel like you need to act as if you don’t have one or hide your emotions and thoughts. There’s always someone who’s willing to listen and help get you through tough time - rely on them and don’t fear the stigma. We’re in this together.
