This 56-year-old patient had chronic ankylosing spondylitis. We performed 10-level instrumentation and 2-level corpectomy.He had a difficult airway and heart failure (EF: 30%). Perioperatively, we administered paraspinal fascial plane blocks. NEÜ Tıp Fakültesi
