Just finished our session in human centred service transformation in the UK benefits system. Was a great session, thanks to everyone who joined and asked questions!! 🙌

If the Gray report is pointedly critical, get ready for those at fault to blame it on civil service beef with politicians (eg JR-M's cuts etc). That's not it. Civil Servants are professionals. Not having beef with politicians is the job. There's a code for it and everything.
