While Trump is threatening to commit genocide against Iranians, there has not been a single nationwide protest in America against this war. Whatever Trump and the American ruling classes do it is made possible by a people that silently goes along with it.

Even if Trump had been an exemplary president thus far, this statement alone would demand massive protests and condemnation, his immediate removal by Congress, & his arrest on war crime charges. That none of these show any sign of happening exposes the US as a moral wasteland.
