“Some say we’re going liberal... No we are not!” - Ronnie Floyd speaking to the EC
For those who are concerned about the direction of the SBC, please listen to the direction Albert Mohler seeks to lead. He addresses the current issue of CRT and he also addresses the reason that the young generation should engage the SBC rather than retreat.
The leaders of each the entities of our Southern Baptist Convention, along with President J.D. Greear and myself, are calling for this Day of Prayer on March 15, 2020. Please help us share the word with all Southern Baptists.
Please continue to pray for Hannah Jones, daughter of beloved Southern Seminary VP and professor Timothy Paul Jones and his wife Rayann. Hannah is still on ventilator fighting against COVID-19. “Look to the Lord and his strength; seek his face always.” 1 Chronicles 16:11
This is the way it is supposed to be! We can’t wait until the fall semester, when Boyce College and Southern Seminary will welcome students back to the campus and in the classroom. Details will come soon. Our priorities will, as always, be safety, responsibility, faithfulness, & excellence.
I am so thankful for Matthew Hall and Jarvis J. Williams and their faithfulness to the gospel

Exciting news for Southern Seminary alumni looking to further their education while continuing to serve in their place of ministry. #SouthernforLife
So thankful for Albert Mohler's clear voice and strong, consistent leadership: 'To prove this point, Mohler stated, “No one is going to be teaching at Southern Seminary from ‘the other side,’” of post-modern, critical theory.”'
