I’m puzzled. Brexiteers are upset with the Supreme Court judgement. Yet the Government insisted prorogation was nothing whatsoever to do with Brexit. So how can the decision to overturn prorogation harm Brexit?

Annunziata Rees-Mogg What an utterly disgraceful comment & implication...the case was about an Executive acting unlawfully in excess of its powers by closing down the sovereign Parl to prevent it undertaking its role. Unlike Johnson's prorogation the Cout decision had nothing to do with #Brexit.
