If you're thinking of buying from Bensons for Beds be warned, it's all 'sales and no service'. Delivery drivers dumped our new bed in our hallway today and refused to take it to the correct room, I then spend 45 minutes on the phone with Customer Services only to be fobbed off!

Hi Karin Sode, in the absence of a reply from your People's Energy customer service would you please refund the £400 that was taken from my account despite never actually providing any energy to my home! Energy switch failed which was seemingly a lucky escape, given the service!
Avoid Peoples energy at all costs! Customer service is non existant, wish I researched social media before trying to switch, I never completed the switch but they continued taking my money and now would reply to refund requests! Beware before switching!!!
So Karin Sode after a flurry of detail less responses from Peoples energy FB and Twitter social teams there has been no update, I'm currently on hold with both your telephone and live chat support and are getting nowhere. Is this acceptable?
Hi Martin Lewis are you aware of the volume of issues with Peoples energy? Cust Service seems non-existent and issues seem to be similar for many - money taken with no energy supplied. Can you assist as Karin Sode doesn't seem to want to? BBC Watchdog BBC X-Ray Team
Hi James Timpson appalling service from your Swansea Fforestfach branch. Keys cut wrong so I had to go back, guy was sat at his counter eating lunch & refused to serve/engage with me, just repeating come back at 2:30. Not exactly the 'amazing personality' you aim for! 1/2
2/2 James Timpson he sat there while I called your head office, and despite being called by the area supervisor I was still told to wait 10 minutes for him to eat his lunch. Everyone is entitled to a break but his attitude was disgusting g!
Very poor service from Nextbase UK & Ireland. Camera failed after less than 6 months and they now want forms filled, wait for envelopes, then wait for repair. Not what you expect from a 'premium' brand! Don't buy direct is my advice.

hi HMRC Customer Support fancy speaking to an unhappy customer?? Tried 3 times in last 2 weeks to contact u by phone, u end the call each time after 10 mins waiting. Also tried your online chat today & that was also unavailable. Ended up with ur virtual assistant who was also no use!
