For all the independent #breweries out there - please, I beg you, lose the plastic wrapped cans. You know customers are not cutting #plastic labels off of the cans before tossing into recycling bins. It’s a cheap way out to get the cans printed and creating plastic waste. #beer

Let’s lose the term “talent” when talking about people who are good at what they do. To me, talent suggests that someone is just naturally able without working for it. Give people credit. Hard work and dedication turn into skills and passion. No shortcuts to that.
