The chefs behind this year’s menu are the brilliant Raymond Blanc, Luke Selby and Benoit Blin of Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons, A Belmond Hotel, who have created a starter of ricotta agnolotti with tomato essence followed by cannon of lamb and a theme on blackcurrant for a spectacular dessert #Cateys2024
