Thanks Nature Chemical Engineering for the invitation to highlight this great work from Javier Perez-Ramirez & team on the important role of stirring in plastic hydrogenolysis! This reaction involves 3 phases: solid catalyst, liquid polymer melt, & gaseous hydrogen, so mass transport is critical!
