Prof Professor Karen Scott joined Fiona from Tilly Community Flat at the Tillydrone Community Campus for the weekly women's group today. Karen spoke about the benefits of eating fibre through fruit, veg & pulses while Fiona whipped up a veg & bean stew with Eaton Mess for pudding!
