Thread Not all plain sailing In the past few days, I have noticed that some people I know have started to find this tough. Some have found it hard from the beginning; some remain upbeat and apparently untroubled.

A lovely surprise today when some of us turned up to work at #AstleyAinslieHospital NHS Lothian to find that our awesome colleagues in the Flow Centre had given the communal garden a full make over! Thank you so much, it has made us 😀🌺🌻🌱 #actsofkindness #SocialDistancing

Call MIA has officially been launched across the Lothians today with a new freephone number. Call 0300 790 6267 between 8am and 9pm to arrange a minor injuries assessment by video call with a Nurse Practitioner.

At present Edinburgh and Midlothian are in level 3, East Lothian level 2 and West Lothian in level 4. Patients can move between levels to attend appointments but if you have any concerns please call ahead. More information on levels here: ow.ly/lQeW50CtdEN
