I know it’s easier said than done.. but try to not care about others opinion. People project their own insecurities on to others. Believe in YOU, love YOU, do what makes YOU happy.

Relationships. Relationships. Relationships. It might be the most important thing in this profession of coaching. Build them. Make them last.

Coaches: What you do is far more important than wins/losses. Sports gives you the opportunity to seriously impact lives. You can change kids’ lives for the better & help instill a sense of self-belief in those who lack it. The impact on your players is lifelong if you serve them!
