Dr Langston from University of Utah Urology presents data on priapism management - lower rate (0%!!) of phenylephrine use in Hispanic patients. If I’m ever in ER, please start with phenylephrine… Surgical rates similar - though immediately thought about need for CPT code for PSD #WSAUA24
