In this trial, we found that 1/3 of admitted trauma patients had symptoms of depression & 40% of these patients kept a firearm in the home. This demonstrates that depression, suicide, & firearm access screening is feasible for admitted US trauma patients. journals.lww.com/jtrauma/abstra…
