⚠️ Conventional heart failure therapy in cardiac ATTR amyloidosis‼️ 📍 Beta-blockers and ACEi/ARBs were often discontinued, but low-dose BB were associated with ⬇️ risk of mortality in LVEF ≤40% 📍 MRAs were rarely discontinued and were associated with ⬇️ risk of mortality
