🚨 New working paper from David Blazar, Danett Song, Dr. Ramon Goings, Jay Plasman, and @magottfried on CTE teaching pathways out now! Findings suggest lower barriers to entry into CTE teaching may explain larger shares of Black teachers in CTE versus out of CTE (in Maryland).
