Reducing the NIH indirect cost rate to 15% across-the-board will have a catastrophic impact on biomedical research. I can guarantee you that the savings incurred will not be applied to increasing the pool of direct costs supporting mor NIH grants. grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/n…
