Looking forward to hearing our founding partner and my dear friend @PeterStris argue on behalf of H&M before #SCOTUS on Monday. Great coverage by Andrew Strickler introducing all the counsel arguing in this important #Copyright case.

In April 2021, my colleagues and I introduced the Judiciary Act to add four seats to SCOTUS. Many of my colleagues scoffed, but the American people are on our side. If we had passed our bill, the right to an abortion would exist today. Tell your Representative to cosponsor it.

2/ Dobbs is about abortion, but it’s really about whether women are full and equal participants in this society. Are we now second class citizens? The Supreme Court says that women can’t be trusted to make decisions about their own bodies.
