A bit over 10k for a Sunday morning run

Only 6 days of running this week but ended with the usual Sunday AM run. Gorgeous day today.

Happy 4th of July observed. This weekend attempting to increase miles each day. I signed up for the Virtual AF Marathon Fly, Fight and Win challenge. Need to practice before Sept!!!

Done with 10k in Air Force ‘Fly, Fight, Win’ challenge. Only 5k and Half Marathon to go.

Did the 5K for the US Air Force ‘Fly, Fight and Win’ Challenge. Was a gloomy, foggy morning. Only the half marathon left to do.

Air Force ‘Fly, Fight and Win’ challenge complete. Three runs, three days finished. Now to rehydrate and shower. A half marathon run is not a short distance.
