The Junior Retreat fell on the Feast of Our Lady of Lourdes. Archbishop Emeritus Lucas said mass and shared about his own experience at Lourdes. The seniors grilled up some burgers under the tutelage of Mr. Mustard. Thank you St. John Paul II Newman Center for being such a gracious host!

Tomorrow is Ash Wednesday! We'd love to have you follow along with us as, starting next week, JPII Newman students give you their weekly recommendations for prayer, fasting, and almsgiving.

While attending daily Mass, we are reminded of the sacrifice that Jesus made out of love for us. As you go through Lent, think about how you can turn your own suffering into an act of love for another.
