On the final leg of the journey home from @RAFStnHenlow after a fantastic week with Essex Wing ATC Cadets and Staff. Grateful to have worked with Sqn Ldr Rudd as this was her final engagement before moving back to C & E Yorks Wing!

Phew, a long day! Been great spending the day with CJ 19 taking both 158 (Braintree) Sqn and 308 (City of Colchester) Squadron Cadets flying at @RAFWittering1. Now onto Wing Training work ready for next week.

Without people like CJ 19 I wouldn't be the person I am today. I moved to 158 (Braintree) Sqn as a fresh faced CI after aging out as a Cadet six years ago. Today I'm a Comissioned Officer residing at the neighboring Squadron of 308 (City of Colchester) Squadron all thanks to his support and guidance.

Annnndd, relax! 💤 4 nights in a row this week at the Squadron as I take command. Met with my Squadron Association, Staff Team and two Parade Nights.
