#ieec2023 HEBCI is flawed though as lots of us don’t bother reporting where the data doesn’t drive the HEIF allocation. And it’s not standardised or audited. (Not that I want it to be)

Do we need a Fellowship top up? Isn’t the pathway agnostic and fairly indifferent once you get to Fellowship status? It’s about equality as a Fellow regardless of your pathway. The challenge is how to keep Fellows continually engaged and contributing to the community. Enterprise Educators
