Congress has passed the PACT Act, a critical step towards fulfilling our sacred obligation to care for our veterans and their families.

Last week, the Senate ratified the US’s support for Finland and Sweden joining NATO, and earlier this week I signed the documents to make it official. I spoke with President @Niinisto and Ulf Kristersson Andersson to congratulate them. Their membership will make our alliance stronger.
