農場にアボカドの苗木を植えた時。 この作業に私も参加した。 私の役目はビニールポットにカッターで切り目を入れて直ぐに苗を取り出せるようにする事。 私の前では穴ごとに苗を置いていき 私の後ろからはどんどん苗を植えていく作業が行われてチーム別に手足ピッタリ合わせる楽しい作業になった。
