43301 and 43303 have started making an appearance on Network Rail test trains following their use on the recent MML OHLE test train and are seen at Derby working 1Q46 Derby RTC-Derby RTC via Burton-on-Trent, Castle Donington and Loughborough.

Did anyone order a KFC Bargain Bucket? 37418 and 37508 make an appearance at Derby from the RTC with some carriages that are being moved to Etches Park, presumably for some work to be done to them.

So who else will I be seeing at the Severn Valley Railway later this week then? 😁

800207 passes through a rainy Spalding working 5D02 Peterborough to Doncaster, GNGE route learning/retention run.

Spotted some of this type of behaviour while on the bus into Peterborough this morning. Just absolutely inconsiderate.

Day 1 of 4 in the West Midlands and I begin with some silver trains, mainly some mileage on those great loco-hauled sets. 68011 and 68014 are the lucky locos out on the Chiltern Mainline this morning.

Nice seeing 168003 back in service again after its lengthy period of absence, and also wearing the new livery very smartly too. 😄

Dogboxes at Shrewsbury. 153329 departed with a Swansea via the Heart of Wales service while 153913 was left behind awaiting its next duty.

Hotel in Worcester checked into which will be my base for the next 3 nights. Not a bad view from the window at all. 😊

Continuing along with the good traction at Stourbridge Junction... with 139002. What a beastly machine! 😀

Good morning from Worcester. I arrived at Shrub Hill early enough to see 67027 and 67023 enter the TC on 3S31 Swindon Transfer to Cheltenham Spa. RHTT season has truly begun. 😄

Time for some classic choo choos at the Severn Valley Railway Autumn Diesel Bash. 50035 shall be my first haulage of the gala.

This morning's moves at the Severn Valley Railway included some mileage behind 37263 and the GWR Castle HST too (I required both the power cars for haulage, please don't judge me 😂). Also, some RailAdventure 43s stabled with some ex-XC Mk3s at Bewdley.

Time for Choppers 20048 and 20189 to shine as they took me from Highley to Bewdley, and unsurprisingly, they look and sound amazing. 😍

Some more chopper awesomeness with 20142 this time from Bewdley to Hampton Loade.

Another great loco hauling a trainload of happy passengers along the SVR. Warship D821 'Greyhound' departs Highley with a service for Kidderminster Town.

Another day in the calendar that I don't need to remember. 😎

20142 stands at Kidderminster Town after arriving with the final service of the day from Bridgnorth. A very enjoyable day at the Severn Valley Railway and I've still got another two days of diesel action to look forward to. ☺️
