Celebrating National Pi Day (3.14) in style! Today I've had the joy of hosting juergenthebread (GBBO 2021) in the Science Kitchen University of Leicester for (ofcourse) a pie making masterclass. We made a German Cider Apple Pie complete with a deep dive into the science behind it.
