Defense attorneys in the Alex Diaz de la Portilla case have accused Miami-Dade Ethics investigator Karl Ross of contempt. They say Ross withheld material evidence that proved their clients innocent of criminal activity, and interfered with witnesses. wlrn.org/law-justice/20…
