SB 780, the Unauthorized Encampment Bill I introduced this week, has cleared committee— a step toward safer, cleaner communities.

The PA Senate Local Government Committee passes SB 780, to help municipalities deal with encampments on public and private property. Here is the bill sponsor, Sen. Joe Picozzi, followed by committee Chair Dawn Keefer in support. That is followed by Sen. Patty Kim, against.
