To predict the verdict of the PEPT, watch out for what the govt would do on the eve of the verdict's announcement. There would be massive mobilization of security forces to forestall protests if PBAT would be favoured. If he would lose, the people would be allowed to jubilate.

Nigeria's current situation reminds me of the he-goat which displays its oversized scrotum to the world without shame, asking, "After all, why should I be ashamed, is this the first hernia of the testicle?" But some of us are ashamed of this ugly herniated scrotum. It's so sad.

Parents, students & other Nigerians backed govt to weaken ASUU. Govt is now alone crushing same parents & students with hiked fees & sundry charges, & battle-weary ASUU only watches while d students & their parents cry. This is balkanization of d weak for the good of the strong.

I've stopped crying over the grave injustices in Nigeria of the last elections. Soon, it will be the turn of the poor who supported the injustices to start crying when the rain of pain starts pouring down from the Aso skies on their shocked, ill-prepared heads as my co-tenants.

There is the saying that a sheep that follows a dog sheepishly would one day eat shit. Nigerians have followed their visionless political class sheepishly for too long, and we have for long now been eating shit. But for how long will we continue following these "dogs"?

*The French Ambassador forced out of the embassy in Niger* real 👍 business is now going on in NIGER 👊🤝💪👌🏿👍🏿 Me: This is when all of Africa should remember Patrice Lumumba, Kwame Nkrumah, Julius Nyerere, Nelson Mandela and one or two others for their African patriotism.

Until the present dispensation in our politics, I had underestimated the power of money over humans. Now I know that money is the iron drum whose sounds the legs even of saints dance to. It's the Emperor now ruling/ruining my land of birth.

I'm a member of a certain South West-dominated WhatsApp group, & I find a certain trend intriguing. Even lately when it's been Atiku Abubakar giving the Tinubu presidency punches, the members have largely remained stuck to insulting Peter Obi & his ethnic group.

The biggest prison in the world has about 220 million inmates. Because of their numbers, the prisoners are allowed to roam free, including travelling abroad. But they remain imprisoned since their jailer has turned them one against the others. The prison's name is Nigeria.

It seems too late to doubt whether Nigeria will stand or fall. The country has long been on a free fall down the cliff. Sadly, mashed into one down the valley will be the bodies of those who fought the evil, those who supported the evil, & those who did nothing about the evil.

God created the world beautifully, calm and peaceful. Then it occurred to Him that humans would enjoy the place so much that they would forget Him, their creator. So He created the evil politician as our prayer point. Now we lay our burdens from the politician at His feet daily.

Until the last general elections, I didn't know Nigeria was this rich in cannibals. By these I mean influencers & intellectuals who feed fat on the decaying corpse of the nation, devils whose wares at market of survival are the tears, blood, hunger & death of the people. It's sad

Ahhh God! It's already August 3!!! While some are busy looting the nation to death, Divine infallible calendar is silently rolling us steadily towards our graves, where the ants and earthworms have the final say.

I'm eternally grateful to PMB & PBAT for helping me to understand Nigerians better. How else would I have known that Nigerians, whom I once thought of as brave & proud, can all be cocooned in their houses like inmates of a zoo while hunger & poverty prowl the streets like lions?

It's quite interesting what the Government is about offering the starving Nigerian people: Minimum wage for the salaried, and then Maximum troubles for both the salaried and non-salaried!

We praise BAT for his actions at the Federal level which are likely to impact positively at the local government level, but we excuse him for his inaction on the weak Federal institutions, a situation that has helped decay to thrive among the governors!
