One of challenges of Pacific is 90% of total Pacific pop live in only 3 nations,namely,PNG,Fiji& Solomon Is.6 nations have pop of less than 20k & 6 have pop less than 200k.Due to their smallness it makes sense for Pac nations to develop economies of scale&form an Economic union
