Wow... shocking customer service from PEUGEOT UK regards an urgent safety recall on my 3008 timing belt that they didn't replace and now car failed on brakes/steering and cam shaft all because of their failings! Now saying they didn't send the fucking letter for the recall!!!

So two urgent recall letters sent, one for code KLZ one KGH PEUGEOT UK ,only one done now I have a car with failed brakes/steering/cam shaft warned in letter for code KLZ and now, you won't fix? Spoken to like an utter idiot by your customer care team.. I will see you in court

I don't know how companies like PEUGEOT UK get away with such horrendous after sales care! They have had my car after a safety recall and now expect me to pay for the job it went in for and I CANNOT speak to anyone, no one responds to messages left and I am at my wits end!
