Some election administrators who are supportive of the ethos of #HR1 believe the bill will, in practice, be a giant headache to implement, Jessica Huseman reports. I've heard similar things and will have a notebook dump in Score, but Jessica nailed it thedailybeast.com/how-this-votin…

NEW: Sidney Powell is moving to dismiss Dominion's defamation suit against her — arguing that "no reasonable person" would conclude her baseless accusations of an election-rigging scheme "were truly statements of fact." axios.com/sidney-powell-…

So in Sidney Powell’s motion to dismiss the Dominion lawsuit...she admits she was lying and that her lies were so outrageous “no reasonable person would conclude” they “were truly statements of fact”. This disinformation needs to stop.

No! Not true! Nobody can overturn anything! If, after a long, drawn-out hearing process the State Election Board finds a local election board has violated numerous laws+done things wrong, they can temporarily suspend and replace them. Stop this! gpb.org/news/2021/03/2…

In another blow to election conspiracists, Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger’s office says only 3 of 123 counties failed to do absentee chain of custody forms for drop boxes - all small rural Republican counties, accounting for <.5% of absentees cast #gapol

Raffensperger: When people take shots at the system, they are really taking shots at the personal integrity of county election officials. Our county election officials have integrity. Poll workers are neighbors you go to Kiwanis or church with. #CarterBakerElection

Decentralization is a feature, not a glitch of American election administration.    States are in charge of running elections — and for good reasons. This unconstitutional mess needs to die in the Senate. wsj.com/articles/a-202…

I was just doing what the Cyber Ninjas and Bennett had already done, which was to say the 74,000 number they'd aired was actually garbage. Shame nobody thought to tell Trump. But remember, this audit is about building confidence with our electorate! mediaite.com/tv/watch-arizo…

If I refused to get vaccinated and then got hospitalized this week, my wife would be stuck inside the house with our six kids. The start to their school year would be delayed. This would be misery for my family, which I could have easily prevented. washingtonexaminer.com/opinion/risk-a…

A spokesman confirmed to KJZZ Phoenix that the Arizona Senate's election audit basically matched the official results (Biden actually did slightly better.) "Was there massive fraud or anything? It doesn’t look like it," he said. kjzz.org/content/171931… With 🔗to the reports.

At a Rotary meeting, Secretary of State Raffensperger is pressed on why he compares Trump with Abrams. “Did she call you to try to overturn the results?” The crowd laughs. When it quiets, he refers to lawsuits filed by Abrams and her allies that “cost taxpayers millions.” #gapol

Okay, this is really big news: @JonKarl is about to break a major story about Trump, the GOP, and January 20th that will embarrass a lot of people. It's also in his new book Betrayal, which isn't out yet. Clue: It's been over 100 years since a POTUS did this.

If you're outraged about a state's governor declaring she has no absolute duty to uphold the constitution while she attempts to suspend constitutional rights (you should be), did you hear about the guy who tried to get his VP to reject the Electoral College?

Given Sec. Raffensperger won the primary by twenty points, the largest margin of victory in the general election, the issue might have the messenger. Secretary Benson’s party spent ten million to defeat Brad, and Brad was honored to have the support of his R colleagues.
