Last week I was without my ADHD meds (my fault): work tasks, even ones I enjoyed, took me FOREVER and were EXHAUSTING. I'm back on them now and OH MY! I'm focused, efficient, more alert, less guilty. It's really emphasised how life-changing external support can be. #phdlife
