You’ll never find yourself until you stop letting others decide who you are. I grew up “too white” for Black kids, “too ghetto” for white kids, too nerdy for jocks, too different for nerds. I mirrored everyone & lost myself. The day I stopped caring, I found me and my people.

…Or you could just do a crunch machine 4-5 sets 6-8 reps twice a week. Each set 1-2 reps before failure, go to failure on the last. Increase the weight each week. These circuit workouts are not it 👎🏽

People still think muscle somehow “turns into” fat when you stop training. That’s like saying a Ferrari turns into a Prius if you stop driving it. They’re different machines. Muscle is muscle. Fat is fat. One doesn’t magically morph into the other.
