NRMP® given the mass #MatchDay2020 cancellations because of #COVID19 can the match results be released to applicants @ 12 pm instead of 1 pm? Already so upsetting to have the ceremony cancelled, would help a little to not wait another hour.

How is anyone tweeting about anything other than the fact that young doctors and nurses are dying in America because of a failure to provide adequate PPE? How is not every politician, governor, hospital administrator, celebrity, athlete, and news person NOT screaming this?

**We need to make a clarification** Face *masks* (PPE) are for healthcare workers. Face *cloths*—bandanas, homemade coverings, whatever you come up with—are for everyone. Healthcare workers need the PPE. Badly! Everyone else needs covering to keep hands away from their face!

For all the protestors, pepper spray is oil based. If you get sprayed DO NOT rub your eyes. Immediately blink as much as you can to wash out some of the oil with your own tears. Then, wash your eyes with baby shampoo and rinse copiously with water. Be safe.

Last week I was interviewed for a podcast about hydroxychloroquine. As we were wrapping up, the producer interjected and asked “Some doctors say it works, others say it doesn’t. As a layperson, who should I believe?” Great question. Here's the answer. /1

For perspective, here are some numbers: 1 in 1,000,000: J&J vaccine 1 in 3,000: oral contraceptives 1 in 5: hospitalized COVID-19 patients As someone who got the J&J vaccine 8 days ago, and who took oral contraceptives for 20 years, I’ll take these odds.
