With NIP-89, bitcoin transaction packages can be broadcast via nostr. Paid nostr relays address DoS issues, so that miners can focus on building blocks that maximize profit without policy constraints such as standardness or opt-in rbf.

Out-of-band payments to miners are not ideal, but can't deny that it is more chain-space efficient than CPFP.

When paying out-of-band with Lightning for mining a bitcoin transaction, the purchased payment preimage could be a decryption key for a commitment to include the transaction in the next block mined by this miner/pool. This process can provide evidence of fraudulent activity.
